Step 1: Get Your InXpress Belfast Credentials
Before installing InXpress Belfast in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These credentials are provided by InXpress Belfast during onboarding
If you need assistance, contact your account manager or support team

Step 2: Install InXpress Belfast in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure InXpress Belfast
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select InXpress Belfast from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “InXpress Belfast Standard” or “InXpress Belfast”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with InXpress Belfast |
Account Number | Provided by InXpress Belfast |
Account Name | Provided by InXpress Belfast |
Token | Provided by InXpress Belfast |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration
