Moov Parcel Integration with Helm

They specialise in flexible delivery options, including next-day and standard services, catering to a wide range of business needs

Step 1: Get Your Moov Parcel Credentials
Before installing Moov Parcel in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token

If you need help, contact your Moov Parcel account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Moov Parcel in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Moov Parcel
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Moov Parcel from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Moov Parcel Standard” or “Moov Parcel”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Moov Parcel |
Account Number | Provided by Moov Parcel |
Account Name | Provided by Moov Parcel |
Token | Provided by Moov Parcel |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Moov Parcel is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
