Asendia Courier Integration with Helm

Who Are Asendia?

Asendia is a global mail and parcel delivery provider, combining the logistics expertise of La Poste and Swiss Post. Known for their sustainability and international reach, Asendia is trusted by eCommerce retailers worldwide. With Helm integration, you can streamline cross-border shipping with automated processing and tracked delivery

Step 1: Step 1: Gather Your Asendia Credentials

Before configuring the courier in Helm, ensure you have the following API credentials from Asendia:

  • API Key

🔎 These credentials are available via your Asendia account dashboard or by contacting your account manager. Visit asendia.com for support

Step 2: Install Asendia in Helm

🧭 Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:

  1. Open the Settings menu in Helm (bottom-left corner)

  2. Use the search bar to locate and click Couriers

  3. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Asendia Courier Settings

  1. From the courier list, search for and select Asendia

  2. Click Continue to begin the configuration

Enter the required configuration details:

Courier Identifier

Internal label for this courier (e.g. “Asendia Intl”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production use or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Set your weekly collection schedule by day and time

API Key

Supplied by Asendia

💡 Use the Notes field (if visible) to leave any internal comments for your team

Click Save to complete the integration

You're Good to Go!

Asendia is now integrated with Helm. Your team can begin dispatching global orders, printing courier labels, and scheduling international collections directly from your WMS
