Who Are Parcel 2 Go?
Parcel 2 Go is a UK-based parcel delivery comparison and booking service, partnering with multiple courier companies to offer flexible shipping options
They enable businesses to access a wide range of courier services through a single platform, simplifying parcel dispatch and management

Step 1: Get Your Parcel2Go Credentials
Before installing Parcel 2 Go in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Client ID
Client Secret
🔎 These details are provided by Parcel 2 Go during onboarding

Step 2: Install Parcel 2 Go in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Parcel 2 Go
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Parcel 2 Go from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Parcel2Go UK” or “Parcel2Go Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Client ID | Provided by Parcel 2 Go |
Client Secret | Provided by Parcel 2 Go |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
