Envialia Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your Envialia Credentials

Before installing Envialia in Helm, make sure you have the following credentials
You will need:

  • Agency

  • Client Code

  • Password

🔎 These details are provided during your account registration with Envialia

Contact their support team if you need help retrieving them

Step 2: Install Envialia in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Click on the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure Envialia

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Envialia from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin setup

  4. Complete the following fields:

Internal name (e.g. “Envialia Spain” or “Envialia Express”)

Choose Live for production use or Test for sandbox setup

Collection Time

Enter your arranged pickup time with Envialia

Provided by Envialia

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

Envialia is now fully integrated with Helm WMS
