MHI Integration with Helm
Easily connect MHI to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are MHI?
MHI is a UK-based courier and logistics provider specialising in national parcel delivery and freight services
They offer reliable, cost-effective shipping solutions tailored for eCommerce and business customers

Step 1: Get Your MHI Credentials
Before installing MHI in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

User
Password
Client Id
🔎 These details are provided by MHI during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your MHI account manager or support team

Step 2: Install MHI in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure MHI
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select MHI from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “MHI Standard” or “MHI Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with MHI |
User | Provided by MHI |
Password | Provided by MHI |
Client ID | Provided by MHI |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
MHI is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
