Account Registration

To begin using Helm’s unified warehouse management interface, you’ll first need to register an account. The registration process enables you to onboard your entire warehouse and unlock real-time inventory control with smart stock automation

Registration Form

Navigate to the Helm Registration Page and complete the following fields:

• Company Name – The name of your organisation or warehouse

• Your Name – The primary user’s full name

• Email Address – This will be used as your login identifier

• Telephone Number – Optional, for contact and notifications

• Password – Create a secure password

• Confirm Password – Re-enter your password for verification

Once all fields are completed, click Register to proceed

⚠️ Ensure your email is valid, as a verification or welcome message may be sent to confirm account creation

If you’ve previously registered with Helm, click the Login link at the bottom of the page which will redirect you to the Login Page

Login to Helm

The Login Page provides multiple options for secure access. Whether you prefer using social login or traditional email credentials, Helm offers flexibility tailored to your workflow

Login Methods

You can access your account using one of the following login methods:

1. Email Login

Log in with your registered email address and password

2. Social Login (Google or Microsoft)

These options support Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing seamless access across devices and teams

Note: Social login must be enabled after your initial login

To enable social login:

• Click your name in the top-right corner

• Go to My Account > Linked Accounts

• Click Connect Google or Connect Microsoft

• Google – Authenticate using your Google account credentials

• Microsoft – Authenticate using your Microsoft account credentials

Once linked, the next time you log in, you can simply click Microsoft or Google, and you’ll be logged in instantly - no need to enter your email or password

Additional Options

• Remember Me – Tick this checkbox to remain logged in on your device. Ideal for trusted, personal devices

• Forgot Your Password? – Click this link to begin the password reset process and an email will be sent with instructions to reset your credentials securely

Completing Login

Once your credentials are entered and preferences selected, click Log In

You will be redirected to the Helm dashboard, where you can begin managing your warehouse environment, products, stock levels, and fulfilment operations
