Step-by-Step Setup

To integrate Peoplevox with Helm:

  1. Obtain API Access from Peoplevox
    Log into your Peoplevox admin account or contact your account manager to obtain:

    • Peoplevox API Username

    • API Password

    • API Endpoint URL

  2. Log into Helm
    Navigate to Settings → My Store

  3. Add New Fulfilment Provider
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select Peoplevox from the integrations list

  4. Enter Required Details

Set preferences for inventory sync, stock capping, order importing and fulfilment logic

Assign which Helm warehouses correspond to Peoplevox warehouse zones or IDs

Final Steps

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Once connected, Helm will begin syncing data with your Peoplevox system - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Confirm the API credentials are valid and that stock sync is enabled

Check order status mapping and warehouse linkage in the sync configuration

Ensure the integration allows tracking retrieval and that status updates are pushed to Helm

Mismatch in SKU or Bin Locations

Verify SKU consistency across Helm and Peoplevox and update mappings as needed
