What is Amazon MCF

Amazon MCF allows businesses to use Amazon’s fulfilment centres to ship orders from other channels like Shopify, eBay, or their own websites

By connecting MCF to Helm, you can automatically push orders to Amazon, track deliveries, and keep stock levels updated in real time

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Obtain Amazon SP-API Credentials
    Generate the following via your Amazon Seller Central developer console:

    • Refresh Token

    • LWA Client ID

    • LWA Client Secret

    • AWS Access Key ID

    • AWS Secret Access Key

    • Region and Marketplace IDs

  2. Log into Helm
    Navigate to Settings → My Store

  3. Add New Sales Channel
    Select Amazon MCF from the list and click Install

  4. Enter Required Details

Final Steps

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
