What is Peoplevox
Peoplevox is a cloud-based warehouse management system designed for fast-moving eCommerce and retail operations
It supports pick and pack workflows, barcode scanning and multi-location stock management
By integrating Peoplevox with Helm, you ensure seamless communication between your warehouse and your sales channels, reducing delays, mispicks and oversells

Step-by-Step Setup
To integrate Peoplevox with Helm:
Obtain API Access from Peoplevox
Log into your Peoplevox admin account or contact your account manager to obtain:Peoplevox API Username
API Password
API Endpoint URL
Log into Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Fulfilment Provider
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Peoplevox from the integrations listEnter Required Details

Fulfilment Logo | Upload the Peoplevox logo or your own warehouse brand |
API Username | Your Peoplevox API user |
API Password | Password for the above API user |
API Endpoint URL | Full URL to connect to your Peoplevox environment (e.g. https://your-warehouse.peoplevox.net) |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Set preferences for inventory sync, stock capping, order importing and fulfilment logic

Sync Inventory | Automatically pull real-time stock levels from Peoplevox into Helm |
Push Orders to Warehouse | Export sales orders from Helm to Peoplevox for picking and dispatch |
Sync Tracking Numbers | Retrieve tracking data from Peoplevox and push back to Helm and sales channels |
Auto Allocate Stock | Automatically reserve stock for incoming orders based on Peoplevox availability |
Warehouse Mapping | Assign which Helm warehouses correspond to Peoplevox warehouse zones or IDs |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Once connected, Helm will begin syncing data with your Peoplevox system - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Inventory Not Syncing | Confirm the API credentials are valid and that stock sync is enabled |
Orders Not Reaching Peoplevox | Check order status mapping and warehouse linkage in the sync configuration |
Tracking Not Updating | Ensure the integration allows tracking retrieval and that status updates are pushed to Helm |
Mismatch in SKU or Bin Locations | Verify SKU consistency across Helm and Peoplevox and update mappings as needed |
