By connecting ShipBob with Helm, you can automate order exports, receive real-time stock updates and track shipments efficiently across multiple warehouses

Step-by-Step Setup
To set up ShipBob with Helm:
Get API Credentials
Obtain your API Key and API Secret from the ShipBob developer portal or your account managerLog into Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Fulfilment Provider
Click Add New Sales Channel and select ShipBob from the integration listEnter Required Details

Interaction Settings
Set preferences for inventory sync, stock capping, order importing and fulfilment logic

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your ShipBob integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm
