Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Cencora from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Cencora Healthcare US

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Cencora logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Cencora (e.g. https://api.cencora.com)

API Key

Paste the API key issued by your Cencora seller account or onboarding manager

  1. Click Continue

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
