- System Notification SettingsSystem Notification Settings is where you tell Helm WMS how to warn you that stock has fallen to its warning level: on screen, by email, how often, and with what sound. This article covers the one activity on the page, the way its interval is timed, and how to pause it for a shutdown, under Settings > System Settings > System Notification Settings.
- Custom FieldsCustom fields let you record information Helm has no standard field for against your products, orders, customers and suppliers. This article covers defining a field in settings, filling it in on a record, filtering by it, defaulting it on new products, and the two things about a field you cannot change once it exists.

- Courier LogsCourier Logs in Helm WMS records every call Helm makes to your couriers, from booking a label to cancelling a shipment. This article shows how to read the log, find a particular call, and see exactly why a courier turned a shipment down.
- Inventory LinkingInventory Linking is where a listing on one of your sales channels is matched to the product it represents in Helm WMS. This article explains how a link is made, how autolinking on a matching SKU works, and why a linked product is not automatically a product whose stock is being kept in step.
- Job ReasonsJob reasons are the picklist your team chooses from when a stock figure changes, or when an order line is returned, refunded or resent in Helm WMS. This article explains how to set them up in your system settings, what each of the four job types controls, and where the wording you enter ends up once an operator has picked it.
- Order FoldersOrder folders give a team one shared view of what needs attention: put an afternoon's collection, a chased backlog or one person's workload into a named folder and everybody filters the Orders list to the same batch. Covers creating folders, filling them by hand, in bulk or with a rule, duplicating, merging and retiring them, and how folders and tags work together.
- Storage Cost GroupsStorage cost groups are how you put a daily cost against your warehouse locations in Helm WMS, so that storage appears as a real number alongside your picking, packing and courier costs. This article covers creating a group, assigning locations to it, and how that daily figure becomes the storage cost you see reported.
