What is Amazon MCF
Amazon MCF allows businesses to use Amazon’s fulfilment centres to ship orders from other channels like Shopify, eBay, or their own websites
By connecting MCF to Helm, you can automatically push orders to Amazon, track deliveries, and keep stock levels updated in real time

Step-by-Step Setup
Obtain Amazon SP-API Credentials
Generate the following via your Amazon Seller Central developer console:Refresh Token
LWA Client ID
LWA Client Secret
AWS Access Key ID
AWS Secret Access Key
Region and Marketplace IDs
Log into Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Select Amazon MCF from the list and click InstallEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Logo | Upload Amazon logo or your brand icon |
Refresh Token | Token provided during SP-API authorisation |
LWA Client ID & Secret | Login with Amazon credentials |
AWS Keys | Used for signing Amazon MCF requests |
Marketplace ID | E.g., A1F83G8C2ARO7P (UK) |
Region | e.g., EU or NA |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Set preferences for inventory sync, stock capping, order importing and fulfilment logic

Auto Send Orders | Send eligible orders from Helm to Amazon MCF automatically |
Sync Tracking Numbers | Import tracking updates from Amazon to Helm |
Sync Stock Levels | Update stock levels in Helm based on Amazon fulfilment centres |
Enable Gift Messaging | Optional inclusion if supported by MCF |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Amazon MCF integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
