Step-by-Step Setup
To connect MNP with Helm:
Obtain API Credentials
Contact your MNP account representative or seller portal to get:API Key
API Secret
API Endpoint URL
Log into Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select MNP from the listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Name | e.g., MNP Shipping |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the MNP logo or your company branding |
API Key | Your MNP API Key |
API Secret | Your MNP API Secret |
API Endpoint URL | Base URL for API access (e.g. https://api.mnp.ca) |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Set preferences for inventory sync, stock capping, order importing and fulfilment logic

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your MNP integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm
