Step-by-Step Setup

To set up ShipBob with Helm:

  1. Get API Credentials
    Obtain your API Key and API Secret from the ShipBob developer portal or your account manager

  2. Log into Helm
    Navigate to Settings → My Store

  3. Add New Fulfilment Provider
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select ShipBob from the integration list

  4. Enter Required Details
