Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Whistl with Helm:
Obtain API Credentials
Contact your Whistl account manager or access the seller portal to get:API Key
API Secret
API Endpoint URL
Log into Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Whistl from the listEnter Required Details

Interaction Settings
Set preferences for inventory sync, stock capping, order importing and fulfilment logic

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Whistl integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm
