Step-by-Step Setup

To integrate JD.com with Helm:

  1. Register and Verify Your JD Seller Account
    Apply as a third-party seller at https://www.jd.hk or via JD Worldwide
    Complete identity verification and seller onboarding

  2. Request API Access
    Once approved, request API credentials from your JD.com account manager
    You will need:

    • API Key

    • API Secret

    • App ID

    • Access Token

    • JD API Endpoint

  3. Log in to Helm
    Navigate to Settings → My Store

  4. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select JD.com from the list

  5. Enter Required Details
