Who Are Orange DS?

They offer flexible shipping solutions for eCommerce and retail businesses, focusing on reliability and customer satisfaction

Step 1: Get Your Orange DS Credentials

Before installing Orange DS in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

Step 2: Install OrangeDS in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Orange DS

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Orange DS from the list

  3. Click Continue to start configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “OrangeDS Standard” or “OrangeDS Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Orange DS

Username

Provided by Orange DS

Password

Provided by Orange DS

Once done, click Save to activate the integration
