Fastway Integration with Helm

Easily connect Fastway to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are Fastway?

Fastway is a courier and logistics network operating primarily in Ireland and New Zealand, specialising in parcel and freight delivery solutions

Known for flexible service options and a widespread agent network, Fastway supports both business and consumer shipments

Step 1: Get Your Fastway Credentials

Before installing Fastway in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

🔎 These credentials are provided by Fastway upon account registration

Contact their support team if you need assistance obtaining them

Step 2: Install Fastway in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure Fastway

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Fastway from the list

  3. Click Continue to proceed with setup

  4. Fill in the required fields:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Fastway Ireland” or “Fastway NZ”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production use or Test for staging

Collection Time

Enter your scheduled pickup time as agreed with Fastway

Username

Provided by Fastway

Password

Provided by Fastway

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Fastway is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can start dispatching parcels, generating shipping labels, and managing collections directly from Helm
