Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Free People from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

e.g. Free People US or Free People Global

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Free People logo or your branded icon

API URL

Enter the full endpoint provided by Free People (e.g. https://api.freepeople.com)

API Key

Paste the API Key issued during Free People seller onboarding

  1. Click Continue
