Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select H&M from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as H&M Marketplace UK

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the H&M logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Enter the full API endpoint provided by H&M (e.g. https://api.hm.com)

API Key

Paste the API key issued by H&M via your seller portal

  1. Click Continue

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

Ensure the URL is complete and follows the format provided by H&M

Double-check the key for accuracy and ensure it hasn’t expired

Orders Not Importing

Confirm the channel is marked active and order import settings are correctly configured

Verify that inventory syncing is enabled in the interaction settings
