Step-by-Step Setup
To connect The Range to Helm
Obtain API Credentials
Contact The Range Marketplace team to request your API URL and API KeyLog in to Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select The Range from the integration listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Name | e.g. The Range UK |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload The Range logo or your own brand icon |
API URL | Paste the full API endpoint provided by The Range Marketplace |
API Key | Enter the API key issued via your seller credentials |
Click Continue

Adjust how Helm interacts with The Range Marketplace

Order Importing Type | Choose the point in time to begin importing orders from The Range |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your integration with The Range is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
