Step-by-Step Setup

To connect Visualsoft to Helm

  1. Contact Visualsoft Support
    Request API access credentials including your API URL, Client ID, and Client Secret

  2. Log in to Helm
    Navigate to Settings → My Store

  3. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select Visualsoft from the list

  4. Enter Required Details:

Common Issues
