Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Joules from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Joules Marketplace UK

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Joules logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Joules

API Key

Paste the API key issued by Joules via your seller portal

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

ISSUE

Invalid API URL

Ensure the full URL includes HTTPS and follows the exact format provided

Invalid API Key

Verify the key is correctly copied from the Joules seller portal

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is active and order import settings are correct

Stock Not Syncing

Confirm that Sync Stock Levels and related interaction settings are enabled
