Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select MediaMarkt from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as MediaMarkt Marketplace Germany

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the MediaMarkt logo or your own brand logo

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by MediaMarkt

API Key

Paste the API key issued to your seller account

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

ISSUE

SOLUTION

Invalid API URL

Double-check the full URL, including HTTPS and the correct version path

Invalid API Key

Ensure the key is copied exactly from the MediaMarkt portal and has not expired

Orders Not Importing

Confirm the channel is active and order status filters are correctly applied

Stock Not Syncing

Verify that stock sync is enabled and mapped properly in the interaction settings
