What is Slood Marketplace
Slood is an emerging eCommerce marketplace that connects lifestyle, fashion, and homeware brands with a growing base of online consumers. By listing on Slood, approved sellers can expand their digital reach and sell directly to a curated audience
Integrating Slood with Helm allows you to synchronise your catalogue and stock, import orders automatically, and streamline day-to-day operations through a central system

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select Slood from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Sales Channel Name | Enter a name such as Slood Marketplace UK |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Slood logo or your brand’s icon |
API URL | Use the full API endpoint provided by Slood |
API Key | Paste the API key provided in your Slood seller account |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Configure how Helm interacts with your Slood store:

Sync Stock Levels | Keep stock updated between Helm and Slood in real time |
Use Channel Names | Display product names from Slood on incoming orders |
Max Stock Levels | Set a limit on maximum stock pushed to the marketplace |
Stock Buffer | Reserve a portion of stock to prevent overselling |
Auto Merge Orders | Merge multiple orders from the same store or buyer |
Order Importing Type | Set the date and time from which orders will be imported |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Slood integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Invalid API URL | Ensure the API URL is entered in full with the correct structure |
Invalid API Key | Double-check that the key is copied accurately and is active in Slood’s system |
Orders Not Importing | Make sure the channel is active and order settings are correctly configured |
Stock Not Syncing | Verify that all stock sync settings are enabled in your interaction configuration |
