Step-by-Step Setup

To integrate BluePark with Helm

  1. Obtain API Credentials
    Log in to your BluePark admin panel
    Navigate to Settings → API and generate or find your API Key and API Endpoint URL

  2. Log in to Helm
    Go to Settings → My Store

  3. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select BluePark from the list

  4. Enter Required Details

Upload the BluePark logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Paste the full API endpoint URL provided by BluePark

Enter your BluePark API Key

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

Check the URL includes https and is entered correctly

Ensure the API key matches what was generated in BluePark

Orders Not Importing

Confirm the channel is active and order statuses are configured
