By connecting Veeqo to Helm, you can ensure accurate inventory levels, automate order imports, and keep fulfilment aligned across all channels

Step-by-Step Setup

To integrate Veeqo with Helm:

  1. Log in to Veeqo
    Navigate to the Developer or API section in your account settings

  2. Generate API Credentials
    Copy your Veeqo API Key or access token

  3. Log in to Helm
    Go to Settings → My Store

  4. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select Veeqo from the list

  5. Enter Required Details

Common Issues

ISSUE

Invalid API Key

Confirm that your API key or token is still active in Veeqo

Orders Not Importing

Check that the integration is marked active and order statuses are set

Stock Not Updating

Make sure product SKUs are mapped and sync is enabled in Helm

API Rate Limiting

Wait and retry if API limits are reached, or contact Veeqo support
