Connecting ASOS to Helm allows you to import orders automatically, sync inventory in real time, and consolidate fulfilment with your other channels - all from one central hub

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select ASOS from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as ASOS Marketplace UK

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the ASOS Marketplace logo or your own brand icon

API URL

Use the full API URL endpoint provided by ASOS (e.g. https://api.marketplace.asos.com)

API Key

Paste the API key issued by ASOS via your seller account

  1. Click Continue

Fine-tune how Helm interacts with your ASOS store:

Set the date and time to begin importing new orders from ASOS

Final Steps

  1. Click Save when configuration is complete

  2. Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Once connected, your ASOS integration is live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues

ISSUE

SOLUTION

Invalid API URL

Ensure the full URL (including HTTPS and version path) is correctly entered

Invalid API Key

Double-check the API key issued by ASOS is copied exactly

Orders Not Importing

Make sure the channel is active and appropriate order statuses are selected

Stock Not Syncing

Confirm that stock sync and interaction settings are correctly configured
