Boelter is a well-established supplier and distributor of foodservice equipment, supplies, and furnishings. Through its marketplace, approved vendors can sell directly to restaurants, bars, hotels, and institutional buyers across North America

By connecting Boelter to Helm, you can centralise order and stock management, improve operational efficiency, and scale your fulfilment across B2B clients and trade accounts

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Boelter from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Boelter Marketplace US

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Boelter logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Boelter (e.g. https://api.boelter.com)

API Key

Paste the API key provided through your Boelter seller portal

  1. Click Continue

Configure how Helm interacts with your Boelter store:

Select the date and time to begin importing orders from Boelter

Final Steps

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Your Boelter integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues

ISSUE

SOLUTION

Invalid API URL

Ensure the full URL (with HTTPS and version path) is correct

Invalid API Key

Confirm that the API key is active and copied exactly from your Boelter portal

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is active and order filters are configured properly

Stock Not Syncing

Verify stock sync is enabled and that SKUs are correctly mapped in Helm
