Step-by-Step Setup
To integrate EKM with Helm:
Log in to Your EKM Store Admin
Make sure you have full administrative access.Generate API Credentials
Navigate to your API Settings or contact EKM support to generate your:API Key
Store ID
Log in to Helm
Open your Helm dashboard and go to Settings → My Store.Add New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select EKM from the list.Enter Connection Details

Sales Channel Logo | Upload your EKM logo or branded store icon |
API Key | Paste the API Key provided by EKM |
Store ID | Enter the Store ID associated with your EKM account |
Click Continue to proceed with configuration
Interaction Settings
Customise how Helm communicates with your EKM store:

Auto Merge Orders | Merge multiple orders from the same customer or address |
Order Importing Type | Choose the date and time Helm should begin importing EKM orders |
Final Steps
Click Save once your configuration is complete
Toggle the Is Active switch to enable the integration
Your EKM store is now connected - and you're ready to Take the Helm
Common Issues
