Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Shopware to Helm:
Access Your Shopware Admin Panel
Log in to your Shopware backend and navigate to the API settings sectionCreate API Access
Generate an API key and secret, or configure an integration user with sufficient permissionsLog in to Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and choose Shopware from the list of integrationsEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Name | e.g., Shopware Store UK |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Shopware logo or your own brand icon |
API URL | Your full Shopware domain (e.g. https://store.example.com) |
API Key | Enter the API Key generated in your Shopware admin |
API Secret | If required, enter the secret associated with the API Key |
Click Continue to proceed to sync preferences

Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
