Who Are Huxloe?

Huxloe is a UK-based logistics provider specialising in last-mile delivery and express courier services

They offer tailored shipping solutions designed to meet the needs of retail and eCommerce businesses, providing fast, reliable deliveries

Step 1: Get Your Huxloe Credentials

Before installing Huxloe in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

• User Id

• Tenant Id

• Api Key

• Default Carrier

🔎 These details are supplied by Huxloe during your account setup

If you require assistance, contact your Huxloe account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Huxloe in Helm

To begin:

1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

2. Type “Couriers” into the search bar

3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Huxloe

1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

2. Search for and select Huxloe from the list

3. Click Continue to start configuration

4. Enter the following details:

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Huxloe is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from within Helm
