Smart Track Courier Integration

Set up Smart Track as a courier in your Helm WMS to streamline your fulfilment operations with integrated shipping, label generation and tracking

Who Are Smart Track?

Smart Track is a UK-based courier service specialising in last-mile delivery and logistics for retail, wholesale and eCommerce businesses

They focus on cost-effective, efficient parcel deliveries across the UK and offer tailored solutions for business clients

Step 1: Get Your Smart Track Credentials

Before installing Smart Track in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

API Key
API Secret

🔎 These details are provided by Smart Track during onboarding

If you require assistance, contact your Smart Track account manager or technical support team

Step 2: Install Smart Track in Helm

To begin:

Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Smart Track

Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Smart Track from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:

Field	What to Enter
Courier Identifier	Internal name (e.g. “Smart Track Standard” or “Smart Track Next Day”)
Account Type	Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox setup
Collection Time	Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Smart Track
API Key	Provided by Smart Track
API Secret	Provided by Smart Track

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Smart Track is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
