Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Superdrug from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Enter a name such as Superdrug Marketplace UK

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Superdrug logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Superdrug

API Key

Paste the API key issued via your Superdrug seller portal

Ensure the URL includes https:// and follows the format provided by Superdrug

Double-check the key issued by Superdrug is correct and has not expired

Orders Not Importing

Make sure the channel is active and import settings are properly configured

Stock Not Syncing

Confirm that Sync Stock Levels and interaction settings are correctly enabled
