What is H&M Marketplace
H&M Marketplace enables approved brands to offer products directly on H&M’s eCommerce platform, providing access to a large and fashion - forward customer base across the UK and Europe

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select H&M from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Logo | Upload the H&M logo or your own branded icon |
API URL | Enter the full API endpoint provided by H&M (e.g. |

Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Configure how Helm interacts with your H&M Marketplace account:

Auto Merge Orders | Automatically merge multiple orders from the same customer or store |
Order Importing Type | Set the date and time to begin importing new orders |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your H&M integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
