By connecting Aniel to Helm, sellers can synchronise inventory, receive and process orders in real time, and manage operations efficiently through one centralised system

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Aniel from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Aniel Auto Parts EU

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Aniel logo or your company branding

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Aniel (e.g. https://api.anielmarket.com)

API Key

Paste the API key from your Aniel seller account

  1. Click Continue

Configure how Helm interacts with your Aniel store:

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

ISSUE

SOLUTION

Invalid API URL

Make sure the full API path (with HTTPS and versioning) is entered correctly

Invalid API Key

Ensure the API key is copied exactly and has the right scopes

Orders Not Importing

Check the channel is marked active and the order filters are properly configured

Stock Not Syncing

Confirm stock sync settings are enabled and mapped correctly in Helm
