THG is a global consumer brands group, home to leading beauty and sports nutrition platforms and labels. Integrating THG with Helm centralises order management, keeps inventory accurate, and enables efficient, scalable fulfilment alongside your other sales channels.

Step-by-Step Setup
To connect THG to Helm
Obtain API Credentials
Log in to your THG business/partner portal
Retrieve your API Base URL and API Key/Secret from the developer/API sectionLog in to Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select THG from the listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Logo | Upload the THG logo or your own brand icon |
API Base URL | Paste the full API endpoint URL provided by THG |
API Key / Secret | Enter the credentials issued by THG |

Adjust how Helm interacts with your THG account

Auto Merge Orders | Combine orders from the same customer or delivery address |
Order Importing Type | Choose the date/time to begin importing new orders and events |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your THG integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
