Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Shopline to Helm:
Access Your Shopline Admin Panel
Log in to your Shopline backend and go to the developer or API integration sectionCreate API Credentials
Generate an API Key, Secret, and get your store domain or API base URLLog in to Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Shopline from the listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Name | e.g., Shopline Singapore Store |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Shopline logo or your brand logo |
API URL | Enter the API base URL or your Shopline store domain |
API Key | Paste the API Key from your Shopline dashboard |
API Secret | Paste the API Secret if required |
Click Continue

Tailor how Helm syncs with your Shopline store:

Stock Buffer | Hold back a set number of units to prevent overselling |
Auto Merge Orders | Merge multiple orders from the same customer or address |
Order Importing Type | Choose the date/time from which Helm should start importing orders from Shopline |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Shopline Marketplace integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm
