By connecting ReCharge to Helm, you can synchronise subscription orders, maintain accurate stock and consolidate fulfilment across your channels — ensuring your subscribers receive their items on time without manual effort

Step-by-Step Setup

To connect ReCharge to Helm

  1. Log in to your ReCharge Admin Dashboard
    Navigate to Apps → API Tokens

  2. Create API Token
    Click Create Token and select permissions for Read Orders, Write Orders, Read Products, and Read Customers
    Copy the API Key once created

  3. Log in to Helm
    Go to Settings → My Store

  4. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and choose ReCharge from the integration list

  5. Enter Required Details

Common Issues

ISSUE
