Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Zoho Commerce to Helm
Log in to Zoho Commerce Admin
Navigate to your store dashboard and access the developer/API sectionGenerate API Credentials
Create a client in Zoho API Console and obtain your Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token
Note: OAuth2 may be required and Helm supports secure redirect-based loginLog in to Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Zoho Commerce from the listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Logo | Upload your Zoho Commerce logo or branded store icon |
API URL | Your Zoho Commerce domain or store-specific endpoint |
Client ID | Generated from your Zoho API Console |
Client Secret | Secure secret key from your Zoho credentials |
Access Token | Token generated for accessing Zoho APIs |
If using OAuth2, click Connect to authorise securely through Zoho

Configure how Helm communicates with Zoho Commerce

Auto Merge Orders | Merge multiple orders from the same address or user |
Order Importing Type | Set the date and time to begin pulling orders from Zoho |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Zoho Commerce integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Invalid API URL | Ensure your Zoho domain is correct and includes HTTPS |
Token Expired | Refresh the token or reauthorise through OAuth if applicable |
Orders Not Importing | Check that order statuses are correctly selected and the sync is active |
Stock Not Syncing | Confirm SKUs match and enable stock sync in both Helm and Zoho settings |
