Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Cdiscount to Helm
Register as a Seller
Sign up at seller.cdiscount.com and complete onboardingAccess API Credentials
Log in to your Cdiscount developer account and generate your API Key and API URLLog in to Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Cdiscount from the listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Cdiscount logo or your own brand icon |
API URL | Enter the full API endpoint provided by Cdiscount |
API Key | Paste the API key generated from your seller dashboard |
Click Continue

Adjust how Helm communicates with your Cdiscount store

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Cdiscount integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
