Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Wayfair to Helm
Register as a Supplier
Apply at partners.wayfair.com and complete onboardingObtain API Credentials
From your supplier portal or via Wayfair support, retrieve your API URL, Supplier ID and API KeyLog in to Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Wayfair from the listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Name | e.g. Wayfair UK or Wayfair EU |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Wayfair logo or your brand’s icon |
API URL | Paste the full Wayfair API endpoint URL |
API Key | Paste the key issued through the Wayfair partner portal |
Supplier ID | Enter your official Wayfair supplier or partner ID |
Click Continue

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Wayfair integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues

Invalid API Key | Ensure the key is copied exactly as shown in your partner portal |
Incorrect API URL | Use the full HTTPS URL including the proper version path |
Orders Not Importing | Confirm order statuses are selected and integration is set to active |
