Step-by-Step Setup
To connect your Wish store with Helm
Register as a Seller
Sign up at merchant.wish.com and complete your seller onboardingCreate an App in Developer Portal
Visit wish.com/developer and create an app to obtain your Client ID, Client Secret, and Redirect URILog in to Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Wish from the listConnect via OAuth
Click Connect to Wish and complete the login and authorisation process

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Wish integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues

Invalid Redirect URI | Make sure the redirect URI matches what is listed in your Wish developer app |
API Authorisation Fails | Confirm your Client ID and Secret are correct and not expired |
Orders Not Importing | Check your sync start date and verify that order statuses are mapped properly |
Stock Not Syncing | Ensure SKUs match between platforms and stock sync is enabled in Helm |
