By connecting J.Crew to Helm, you can centralise your operations, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure timely fulfilment with less manual intervention

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select J.Crew from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Enter a name such as J.Crew Marketplace

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the J.Crew logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Enter the full API endpoint provided by J.Crew

API Key

Paste the API key provided via your J.Crew seller portal
